(Note* I have rated this tutorial as beginner, because I think it is a fairly easy one to learn to make. So if you need any help at all or you don't understand something, please feel free to email me at the email address to the left & I will be glad to help however I can. :-)

Lets Begin :

Open a new 800 X 650 transparent canvas. (Don't worry we will crop it later)

Open Frame 5, copy & paste it as a new layer onto your canvas ,then re-size it to 65%.
To re-size your elements go to Image & click Re-size, when your menu opens it should look like mine below (depending on what version your are using of PSP. Should be simular though.)

Click Ok
Now use your move tool & position your frame so that it is in the center of your canvas.

Now activate your magic wand tool, click inside your frame. Go to Selections & click Modify then from the slide out menu click Expand, Set the number of pixels to 7 & click Ok.

Now open Paper 9, copy & paste it as a new layer onto your canvas ,then go to Selections & click Invert, then on your keyboard press your Delete key 1 time.
Now go back to Selections & click Select None.

In your layers pallet move your Paper 9 layer below your frame layer.
Now click on your frame5 layer in your layers pallet, go to Effects, click 3D Effects, click Drop Shadow. You can use my settings below or your own, it does not matter, its whatever your preference is as the designer.
Click Ok.

Open your Little Girl element, copy & paste it as a new layer onto your canvas ,then re-size it to 35%.

Use your move tool and position your Little Girl element to the upper left side of your frame. Position her so she appears to be sitting on the edge of the frame.
Once you get her positioned, go to Adjust, click Sharpness, then click Sharpen.
Then apply a drop shadow using the same settings you used from above.

Now open your Teddy Bear element, copy & paste it as a new layer onto your canvas ,then re-size it to 25%. Using your move tool position your Teddy Bear to the right side of your frame, so that it appears to be leaning on the inside of the frame.
Go to Adjust, click Sharpness, then click Sharpen.
Apply a drop shadow.

Open your Grass element, copy & paste as a new layer onto your canvas ,then re-size it to 65%. Using your move tool & position your Grass element to the bottom of your frame, but making it so that it is showing into the frame area. (see my tag for reference if needed)
Now go to your layers pallet & move your Grass layer down below your Frame 5 layer, but keeping it above your Paper9 layer.

Open your Snail element, copy & paste it as a new layer onto your canvas ,then re-size it to 15%. Now use your move tool & position your Snail so it is sitting on the bottom edge of your frame, somewhere in the middle.
Go to Adjust, click Sharpness, then click Sharpen.
Apply a drop shadow , again using the same settings as before.

Now open your Tree element, copy & paste it as a new layer onto your canvas ,then re-size it to 55%. Now position your Tree element to the right end of your frame. Go to your layers pallet & move your Tree layer down below your Paper 9 layer.
Now right click on your Tree layer & click Duplicate. Use your move tool & slide your duplicated Tree element over to the left a little bit. Now go back to your layers pallet, right click on your duplicated Tree layer & click duplicate again. Again using your move tool, slide the 3rd Tree element over to the left a bit more. Go back to your layers pallet, right click on your 2nd duplicated Tree layer, click duplicate again. Using your move tool again slide your 4th Tree element over to the right corner, so you should now have 4 tree elements, spread across the back side of your frame, like my in my tag above.
Now in your layers pallet, right click on your top duplicated Tree layer, then click Merge, then from the slide out menu click Merge Down. Continue to follow this step until all 4 of your Tree layers become one merged layer.
Now go to Adjust, click Sharpness, then click Sharpen.
Apply a drop shadow.

Now open your Wood Wagon, copy & paste it as a new layer onto your canvas ,then re-size it to 35%. Go to Image & click Mirror. Now position your Wood Wagon to the left bottom corner of your frame.
Then go to your layers pallet & move your Wood Wagon layer down so that it is below your Little Girl layer.
Go to Adjust, click Sharpness, then click Sharpen.
Apply a drop shadow.

Open your Frog element, copy & paste it as a new layer onto your canvas ,then re-size it to 15%. Use your move tool & position your Frog right in front of your Wood Wagon.
Go to Adjust, click Sharpness, then click Sharpen.
Apply a drop shadow.

Open your Bow element, copy & paste it as a new layer onto your canvas ,then re-size it to 25%. Using your move tool position your Bow to that it is in the center of your frame at the top. (See my tag for reference if needed)
Sharpen & apply a drop shadow.

Now open your Brillant element, copy & paste it as a new layer onto your canvas ,then re-size it to 50%. Using your move tool position your Brillant element at the top & place it on the right end of your trees. Then go to your layers pallet & right click on your Brillant layer, then click Duplciate.
Now go to Image & click Mirror & then use your move tool to adjust the position of your duplicated Brillant element.

Now open your Chipmunk element, copy & paste it as a new layer onto your canvas ,then re-size it to 25%. Now using your move tool place your Chipmunk to the top of your frame, slightly to the right.
Sharpen & apply a drop shadow.

Now open your Petals element, copy & paste it as a new layer onto your canvas ,then position it to the bottom of your frame. (see mine above for reference if needed)
Sharpen & apply a drop shadow.

Now open your Petals2 element, copy & paste it as a new layer onto your canvas ,then using your move tool position this Petals2 element to the bottom of your frame as well, but make it so that they are directly on top of one another, so that one is covered. Slightly move one or the other higher or lower than the other.
Sharpen & apply a drop shadow.

Now open your Bucket element , copy & paste it as a new layer onto your canvas ,then re-size it to 20%. Use your move tool & position your Bucket element to the left of your Wood Wagon element.
Sharpen & apply a drop shadow.

Now in your layers pallet, click on the very last layer in the pallet. (At the bottom)
Now open your Ribbon element, copy & paste it as a new layer onto your canvas ,position it to your liking.
Sharpen & apply a drop shadow.

Open your Ribbon 5 element, copy & paste it as a new layer onto your canvas ,then go to Image & click Mirror. Now using your move tool adjust the placement of your Ribbon 5 element if needed.
Sharpen & apply a drop shadow.

Open your Butterfly 5 element, copy & paste it as a new layer onto your canvas ,then re-size it to 15%. Use your move tool & position it to the right side of your tag.
Sharpen & apply a drop shadow.

Now open your Butterfly 4 element, copy & paste it as a new layer onto your canvas, then re-size it to 15%. Then go to Image & click Mirror. Then use your move tool and adjust the placement of your Butterfly 4 element if you need to.
Sharpen & apply a drop shadow.

In your layers pallet, click on the very last layer at the bottom .
Now open your Paper 7, copy & paste it as a new layer onto your canvas ,then go to Layers, click Load/Save Mask, then from the slide out menu click Load Mask From Disk. Now choose which mask you would like to use. Then click Load.
Now in your layers pallet, right click on your mask layer & click Merge, then from the slide out menu click Merge Group.

Use your move tool if you need to and adjust the placement of your mask.
I also had to re-size my mask to 65%. But it will depend on what mask you have chosen to use & your preference.

Now it is time to add the name , Click your Text tool & type out the name you want to use on the tag :
The font I used is :
Sorrento Script ES
Size : 85 Pixels
Color : Black (#000000)

Once you have your name placed where you would like it, go to your layers pallet, right click on your name layer, then click Convert To Raster Layer. Then apply a drop shadow to your name.

Now you will need to add any copyright & credit information.
The font I always use for my copyright & credit information is :
Pixelette
Size : 13
Color : Black (#000000)

Once you have everything added to your tag that you need to add, go to your layers pallet & right click on any layer, then click Merge, then from the slide out menu click Merge Visible.

Then activate your crop tool. Now crop off any access canvas that we did not use. Being careful not to crop to close to your elements, or any of your texts. If you do make a mistake just click your undo button until you are back to where you were before you began to crop.

Now you may or may not want or need to re-size your tag, but if you do just go to Image, click re-size, then you will want to change your settings within your "Pixel Dimensions" box. (See screen shot below because some of the settings are different from when you are re-sizing your elements )
Click Ok.
Now I like to sharpen my completed tag one last time, this is completely optional, but if you would like to just go to Adjust, click Sharpness, then click Sharpen.

All that is left is for you to save your tag as PNG & you have completed this tutorial!!

Thanks for trying my tutorial! I would love to see what you have made, please send me an email & include a copy of what you made. I would love to display it on my blog for everyone to enjoy!
