, go to Image, and click Re-size. Then set your settings. Normally for scrapkit elements I change my pixel dimensions to "percent" then when I re-size the who tag I set it to "pixels" 

Go to Effects , click 3D Effects, then click Drop Shadow

Lets Begin :

Lets start with opening Paper 10, copy & paste it as a new layer onto your canvas.

Now go to Layers, click Load/Save Mask, then click Load Mask From Disk. Now pick your mask of choice, then click Ok.

Now in your layers pallet right click on your mask layer, then click Merge, then from the slide out menu click Merge Group.

Now depending on what mask you have used you might need to re-size it a bit, for my mask I re-sized it to 70%.

Now open your Fence element, copy & paste it as a new layer to your canvas, then re-size it to 50%.

In your layers pallet move your fence layer down below your Dawn2 (doll) layer. 

Now on your fence element, go to Adjust, click Sharpness then click Sharpen. Now apply a drop shadow.

Open Oh Potpourri Dawn 2, copy & paste as a new layer onto your canvas, then re-size to 30%.

Position to the left of your fence.

Go to Adjust, click Sharpness then click Sharpen.

Apply drop shadow.

Now open your Grass element, copy & paste it as a new layer onto your canvas, then re-size it to 45%. Using your move tool position it in front of your fence.

Then in your layers pallet move your grass layer down so it is below your Dawn 2 (doll) layer. But keep it above your fence.

Go to Adjust, then click Sharpness then click Sharpen.

Apply drop shadow.

Now open your Flower 3 element, copy & paste it as a new layer onto your canvas, now re-size it to 25%.

Use your move tool and position it in front of your fence where you would like it.

Go to Adjust, click Sharpness then click Sharpen.

Apply a drop shadow.

In your layers pallet, move your Flower 3 layer so it is directly under your grass layer.

Open your Flower 2 element, follow the same steps as you did for your Flower 3 element.

Open your Flower 1 element, and again follow the same steps used in Flower 3.

Now open Egg 5, copy & paste it as a new layer onto your canvas, then re-size it to 10%.

Use your move tool and position it to the right end of your grass.

Go to Image & click Free Rotate, set to Right 10.00 and click Ok.

Now go to Adjust, click Sharpness, then click Sharpen.

Apply drop shadow.

Now open the remaining 4 egg elements, and follow the step above for egg 5, only this time don't rotate all of them,  re-size them and place them on your tag. Basically in a line across the bottom.

Now open each egg element again, this time copy & paste them, then re-size each one to 5%. Use your move tool and position them on your fence in different areas.

Also because we re-sized them so small, make sure on each egg layer you go to Adjust, click Sharpness, then click Sharpen. Then apply a drop shadow to each egg.

Now open your Ribbon 2 element, copy & paste it as a new layer onto your canvas, then re-size it to 50%.

In your layers pallet move your Ribbon 2 layer down below your Dawn2 (doll) layer. 

Apply a drop shadow.

Now open your Bunny , copy & paste it as a new layer, then re-size it to 35%.

Use your move tool and position your bunny element so that it is at the right end of your fence.

Go to Adjust, click Sharpness, then click Sharpen. 

Apply a drop shadow.

In your layers element, make sure that your Bunny layer is below your bigger egg element layers.

Now open your Butterfly 1 element, copy & paste it as a new layer & re-size it to 15%. 

Go to Image, then click Free Rotate set to Left 30.00 and click Ok.

Now go to Adjust, click Sharpness, then click Sharpen.

Apply a drop shadow.

Open your Butterfly 2 element, copy & paste it as a new layer, then re-size it to 15%.

Go to Image, click Free Rotate set it to Right 30.00 and click Ok.

Go to Adjust, click Sharpness, then click Sharpen.

Apply a drop shadow.

Open your Chick element, copy & paste it as a new layer onto your canvas, re-sized it to 15%. 

Use your move tool and position it in the front of your tag.

Go to Adjust, click Sharpness then click Sharpen.

Apply drop shadow.

Open your Bow 1 element, copy & paste it as a new layer onto your canvas, then re-size it to 15 %.

Using your move tool position it so it is on your fence. Anywhere that you think it looks good :-)

Now add your name & all of your copyright/credit information.

Once you have your name where you would like it, go to your layers pallet, right click on your name layer and click Convert To Raster Layer. Then go to Effects, click 3D Effects,then click Drop Shadow. Set your settings and click Ok.

Now you go to your layers pallet and right click on any layer, then click Merge,then from the slide out menu click Merge Visible.

Now activate your crop tool and crop off any access canvas that we did not use. Be careful not to crop to closely to your tag.

Now you may want to re-size your tag at this point depending on where you will be using it. Make sure that when you are re-sizing your entire tag that you change the setting from percent to pixels. Then at the bottom of your re-size menu make sure you check the box for "Resize All Layers". Then click Ok.

Now once I re-size a tag, I always like to give it one final sharpen. So if you would like to do that go to Adjust, click Sharpness,then click Sharpen.

Now save your tag as a PNG & your done!!
