Font Of Choice - I Used Splendid ES  - Size 80 - Color: Black (#000000)

Start with a new 800 x 650 transparent canvas, (dont worry we will crop it later)

Now open your Frame element, copy & paste it as a new layer onto your canvas, then get your magic wand tool, and click inside your frame. Also make sure you click in the lower left corner where there is a space between the flowers and the inside edge of your frame.

Now go to Selections, click Modify then on the slide out menu click Expand. Set your number of pixels to 5 and click Ok.

Now open Paper 10, copy & paste it as a new layer onto your canvas, then using your move tool bring the paper down so that the top left corner of your papers design is showing inside your marching ants outline. Make sure you have it so that the entire area outlined is full with the paper.

Once you have your paper where you would like it, go to Selections and click Invert, then on your keyboard press your delete key ONE time.

Now in your layers pallet move your Paper 10 layer down so that it is directly below your Frame layer.

Now click on your Frame layer, then go to Effects, and click 3D Effects, then click Drop Shadow.

Now open Medi_Carmandie 6 , copy & paste it as a new layer onto your canvas, then re-size it to 65%. Using your move tool position your girl so that she appears to be sitting on the bottom edge of your frame.

Now in your layers pallet, right click on your Medi_Carmandie 6 layer, and then click Duplicate, now go to Adjust, click on Blur, then click on Gaussian Blur, set to 3.00 and click Ok.

Now go to the top of your layers pallet and change your blend mode to Overlay.

In your layers pallet again click on your bottom Medi_Carmandie 6 layer and apply a drop shadow.

Now click on the top layer in your layers pallet, then open your BFly1 element, copy & paste it as a new layer, then re-size it to 10%. Use your move tool to position your butterfly to the lower right corner of your frame.

Then go to Image, click Free Rotate, set to  Left 30.00 and click Ok.

Go to Adjust, click Sharpness then click Sharpen.

Apply a drop shadow.

Open your Heart 1 element, copy & paste it as a new layer onto your canvas, then re-size it to 35%. Then go to Image, click Free Rotate and set it to Right 50.00 and click Ok.

Then position it at the top right corner of your frame, you want it so some of it will appear from under your frame.

Once you have it where you want it go to your layers pallet and move your Heart 1 layer down so that it is under your frame & paper 10 layers. It should be the second layer from the bottom :-)

Then right click on your Heart 1 element, and click Duplicate.

Now go to Image, and click Mirror. 

If you need to adjust either Heart 1 element, just activate your move tool and position to your liking.

Then go to Adjust, click Sharpness and then click Sharpen. (Do this for both of your Heart 1 layers)

Also apply a drop shadow to each Heart 1 layer as well.

Now open your Bling 1 element, copy & paste it as a new layer onto your canvas, then re-size it to 35% and move it to the upper left corner of your frame. Then in your layers pallet right click on your Bling 1 layer and click Duplicate. Then go to Image and click Mirror. Use your move tool to position either Bling 1 element exactly where you would like it.

Now go to your layers pallet and click on the last layer,

Then open your Flower 6 element, copy & paste it as a new layer onto your canvas, then re-size it to 65%.

Now position it so that it is on the left side of your tag. Then in your layers pallet right click on your Flower 6 layer and click Duplicate.

Then go to Image and click Mirror. Adjust them with your move tool if you need to.

Now apply a drop shadow to each of your Flower 6 elements.

Now open your LBug 2 element, and copy & paste it as a new layer, then re-size it to 15%.

Position it using your move tool to the lower left corner of your frame.

Go to Adjust, click Sharpness then click Sharpen.

Apply a drop shadow.

Now it is time to add your name & your copyright/credit information.

Once you have all of that added, you will want to merge your layers.

So go to your layers pallet, right click on any layer, then click Merge, then from the slide out menu click Merge Visible.

Now it is time to crop your tag, so activate your crop tool, then crop off any access canvas that we did not use. Be careful not to crop to closely to your design.

Once your tag is cropped you may want to re-size your tag. If you want to re-size go to Image, click Re-size and once your Re-size menu opens set your size and make sure that where we were using percent before you want to change it to pixels now. Then at the bottom make sure you have checked the re-size all layers option and click Ok.

Once you have your tag re-sized go to Adjust, click Sharpness then click Sharpen.

Now all you have to do is save your tag as PNG & your done!!
