♥Sunrise PTU♥

Here is what we will be making :
**This tutorial was written/posted by DitzyDezigns on May 14th 2011**
**Any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental!**

(Click on tag to see  it in the  original size)
Supplies Needed :

Paint Shop Pro X2 (Any version should work)

Tube Of Choice : I used the adorable FTU work of Lia

Scrapkit : Sunrise By Rieneke Designs @ Scraps With Attitude

Mask Of Choice

Font Of Choice

Elements Used :

Element 18, 1, 2, 9, 92, 16, 6, 42, 59, 71, 31,
Papers 2 & 6

Lets Begin :

Start by making a new 800 X 650 transparent canvas (Don't worry we will crop it later)

Now open element 92, copy & paste it as a new layer, then go to Image & click Free Rotate set to Left 90.00 then click Ok.
Now re-size it to 65%.

Now activate your magic wand tool, click inside the frame. Go to Selections, click Modify, then click Expand from the slide out menu & set your number of pixels to 5 & click Ok.

Now open Paper 6, copy & paste it as a new layer onto your canvas ,then go to Selections, click Invert, then on your keyboard press your delete key 1 time.
Go to Selections & click Select None.
Now in your layers pallet, move your Paper 6 layer just below your frame (element 92) layer.
Now sharpen & apply a drop shadow.
(To sharpen go to Adjust, click Sharpness, then click Sharpen.)
(To apply a drop shadow, go to Effects, click 3D Effects, then click Drop Shadow. Set your settings of choice, & click Ok.)

Now open element 9, copy & paste it as a new layer onto your canvas ,then re-size it to 40%. Using your move tool position to the upper left side of your frame.
Sharpen & apply a drop shadow.
Now go to your layers pallet, right click on your element 9 layer, then click Duplicate. Now go to Image & click Mirror. Now use your move tool again to adjust the  position of your duplicated element 9 to where you want it.

Now open element 2, copy & paste it as a new layer onto your canvas ,then re-size it to 85%.Using your move tool position your element 2 to the bottom of your frame.
Sharpen & apply a drop shadow.

Now open element 1, copy & paste it as a new layer onto your canvas ,then re-size it to 15%. Using your move tool position your element 1 to the bottom left of your frame.
Sharpen & apply a drop shadow.
Now go to your layers pallet, right click on your element 1 layer & then click Duplicate.
Now go to Image & click Mirror.
Use your move tool to adjust the position of your duplicated Element 1 if needed.

Now open your tube of choice, copy & paste it as a new layer onto your canvas, then re-size it to 80%. (This re-size value will depend on the tube you are using. So you may have to adjust the size of your tube accordingly.)
Now use your move tool & position your tube so it is center with the frame so that the skirt is at the bottom of the frame. Now go to your layers pallet & right click on your tube layer, then click Duplicate. Now move your duplicated tube layer below your frame layer but keeping it above your paper layer.
Now activate your eraser tool by clicking on it, then click on your top tube layer in your layers pallet, now erase any part of the tube that is below your frame. Now click on your bottom tube layer & erase the same parts that you did on the top tube layer.
Now click on the top tube layer again, then right click, & click Duplicate, now go to Adjust, click Blur, then from the slide out menu click Gaussian Blur, set to 3.00 & click Ok.
Now change the Blend Mode to Overlay. (Blend Mode option is located at the top of your layers pallet.)
Now click your bottom tube layer, which is the 3rd tube layer down. Apply a drop shadow.

Now open Element 18, copy & paste it as a new layer onto your canvas ,go to Image & click Flip. Using your move tool position your element 18 to the top of your frame.
Now in your layers pallet, move your element 18 layer below your top 2 tube layers.
Now sharpen & apply a drop shadow to your element 18.

Now open element 16, copy & paste it as a new layer onto your canvas ,then re-size it to 25%. Now using your move tool, position your element 16 to the bottom left corner of your frame.
In your layers pallet, move your element 16 layer below your element 1 layer.
Now sharpen & apply a drop shadow to your element 16.

Now in your layers pallet, click on the very last layer in your pallet, now open Element 6, copy & paste it as a new layer onto your canvas ,then re-size it to 85%. Using your move tool position it as desired. This element should be behind all other elements & tube layers.
Now sharpen & apply a drop shadow to your element 6.

Now click back up on your top layer in your layers pallet,
Open element 42, copy & paste it as a new layer onto your canvas ,then re-size it to 15%. Now position it where you would like it.
Then go to your layers pallet, right click on your element 42 layer, then click Duplicate. Now go to Image & click Mirror.
Position your duplicated element 42 as desired.

Now open element 71, copy & paste it as a new layer onto your canvas ,then re-size it to 85%. Now position it to the bottom of your frame.
In your layers pallet move your element 71 layer down until it is under your element 1 & element 16 layers.
Apply a drop shadow.

Now open element 59, copy & paste it as a new layer onto your canvas, then re-size it to 25%. now position it to the bottom of your frame & position it towards the middle.
Now sharpen & apply a drop shadow.

Now open element 31, copy & paste it as a new layer onto your canvas ,then re-size it to 25%. position it to your liking.
Sharpen & apply a drop shadow.
In your layers pallet right click on your element 31 layer, then click Duplicate. Now go to Image & click Mirror. Position as desired.

Now click on your last layer in your layers pallet, then open Paper 2, copy & paste it as a new layer onto your canvas ,then click Layers, then Load/Save Mask, then from the slide out menu click Load Mask From Disk. Choose your mask of choice & click Load.
Now go to your layers pallet & right click on your Mask layer, then click Merge ,then from the slide out menu click Merge Group.
I had to re-size my mask to 65%. You will want to decide if your mask needs resizing as it all depends on what mask you choose to use.

Now add your name, the font, size & color I used are below :
Font : Al Sandra
Size : 50 Pixels
Color : Black (#000000)

Now once you have your name where you would like it, apply a drop shadow to it.

Now add your copyright & credit information.

Go to your layers pallet, right click on any layer, then click Merge, then from the slide out menu click Merge Visible.

Now activate your crop tool & crop off any access canvas that we did not use. Being careful not to crop to close to your design. If you do make a mistake just click your undo button until you are back to where you were before the error.

Now you may or may not want or need to re-size your tag, if you do want or need to re-size it, go to Image & click Image to open your re-size menu, set your Pixel Dimensions to Pixels, change your width & height to your desired size. Make sure at the bottom of your re-size menu where it says "Re-size all layers" make sure that box IS checked.

Now I like to give my tag one finally sharpening. So go to Adjust, click Sharpness, then click Sharpen.

Now all that's left is to save as a PNG & your done!!

Thanks for trying my tutorial!!
