Elements Used :
(These are not in any specific order. To open all elements used at one time, click on the first element you want to open, then press & hold your Ctrl key while you click the other elements, then they will all open at one time, so that you don't have to keep going back & forth :-)

Sparkles

Bow1
Beaded String
Flame
Backpack
Bear
Rose
Skull
Wordart
Splatter 1 & 2
Paper 2

**Note**
I use several effects through out my tutorials, so I will explain how to do them now so that I don't have to explain them every time we use them :
To Sharpen - Go to Adjust, click Sharpness, then click Sharpen.

To Apply A Drop Shadow
Go to Effects, click 3D Effects , then click Drop Shadow. Apply your desired settings.

To Re-size An Element :

Go to Image, and click Re-size, your re-size menu will open, change the Pixel Dimensions to Percent, and set your width & height to what you need. (At the bottom of your re-size menu , when re-sizing elements, make sure the box "Re-size all layers" is UNchecked.)

Lets Begin :

Start by opening a new 800 X 650 transparent canvas. (Don't worry we will crop it down later)

Open Frame 2 , copy & paste it as a new layer onto your canvas ,then re-size it to 70%.
Now activate your magic wand tool by clicking on it and click inside of each circle of your frame. Go to Selections, click Modify, then from the slide out menu click Expand. Now change your number of pixels to 5 and click Ok.

Now open Paper2, copy & paste it as a new layer onto your canvas ,then go to Selections and click Invert, now on your keyboard press your Delete key 1 time.
Then go back to Selections & click Select None.

Now in your layers pallet, move your Paper2 layer below your Frame2 layer.
Apply a drop shadow to your Frame2.

Now open your tube of choice, copy & paste it as a new layer onto your canvas ,then re-size it to 65%. (This size will depend on the tube you are using ,so adjust your size if needed) Now using your move tool, position your tube to the center of your frame. Then in your layers pallet, right click on your tube layer and click Duplicate. Then drag your duplicated tube layer below your frame layer but keeping it above your paper layer.
Now click on the top tube layer, activate your eraser tool by clicking on it, then erase the bottom of your tube up to the 2nd inside frame. Now click your bottom tube layer, and erase the tube only up to the first frame layer.

Now go back to your top tube layer, right click & click Duplicate, then go to Adjust, click Blur, then click Gaussian Blur, set to 3.00 and click Ok.
Go back to your layers pallet, at the top and change the Blend Mode to Overlay.
Now in your layers pallet, go down the your last tube layer, (3rd one down) and apply a drop shadow.

Now in your layers pallet, click on the very last (bottom) layer, Open Splatter1, copy & paste it as a new layer onto your canvas ,then use your move tool and position it to the right side of your frame. (You want a bit of it showing from behind your frame.)
Now open Splatter 2, copy & paste it as a new layer, use your move tool and position it to the left side of your frame, again you want a bit of it showing from under your frame.

Now open your Wordart, copy & paste it as a new layer onto your canvas ,then re-size it to 75%. In your layers pallet move your Wordart layer down just below your 3rd tube layer. Now position your wordart so that it is at the top of your frame. Go back to your layers pallet and right click on your wordart layer, then click Duplicate. Now use your move tool and position your duplicated wordart to the bottom of your frame. (See my tag for reference if needed)

Now in your layers pallet, right click on your duplicated wordart layer, then click Merge, then from the slide out menu click Merge Down. This will make your 2 wordart layers into one layer.
Now sharpen & apply a drop shadow to your merged wordart layer.

Now in your layers pallet, click on your very top layer,
Open your Skull element, copy & paste it as a new layer onto your canvas ,then re-size it to 20%. Using your move tool move your Skull to the left side of your frame, towards the middle. Now go to your layers pallet & right click on your Skull layer, then click Duplicate. Now using your move tool, position your duplicated Skull element to the right side of your frame & position in the middle.
Merge both your Skull layers . (Remember to merge, right click on duplicated Skull element, click Merge ,then click Merge Down.)
Now sharpen & apply a drop shadow.

Now lets open your Rose element, copy & paste as a new layer onto your canvas ,then re-size it to 40%. Using your move tool and position your Rose to the bottom of your frame and center it in the middle.
Sharpen & apply a drop shadow.

Open your Bear element, copy & paste it as a new layer onto your canvas ,then re-size it to 25%. Using your move tool again position your Bear element to the bottom of your frame then to the left of your Rose element.
Now in your layers pallet,  right click on your Bear layer, & click Duplicate. Now go to Image and click Mirror. Then use your move tool to adjust the position of your duplicated Bear element if needed.
Merge your 2 Bear layers together.
Sharpen & apply a drop shadow.

Now open your Backpack element, copy & paste it as a new layer onto your canvas ,then re-size it to 30%, then again to 80%. Use your move tool and position your Backpack element to the left side of your Bear element that you just positioned on the left side of your Rose. Go to your layers pallet, right click on your Backpack layer & click Duplicate, then go to Image and click Mirror. Now use your move tool to adjust the placement of your duplicated Backpack element. Once your happy with where it is placed, go to your layers pallet and merge your 2 Backpack layers together.
Sharpen & apply a drop shadow.

Now in your layers pallet, click on your Paper2 layer,
Open your Flame element, copy & paste it as a new layer onto your canvas ,then re-size it to 50%. Using your move tool, position your Flame to the right lower side of your frame. Go to your layers pallet and right click on your Flame layer & then click Duplicate. Now use your move tool and position your duplicated Flame element to the left sized of your frame.(You want the flames to stay within your frame area.)
Now merge both flame layers together.
Sharpen & apply a drop shadow.

In your layers pallet, click on your merged Flame layer,
Now open your Beaded String element, copy & paste as a new layer onto your canvas ,then re-size it to 50%. Use your move tool and position your Beaded String to the upper part of your frame.
Now go to your layers pallet and right click on your Beaded String layer, click Duplicate, then go to Image and click Mirror. Now merge your 2 Beaded String layers.
Now sharpen & apply a drop shadow.

Now copy & paste your Beaded String element again as a new layer onto your canvas, then re-size it to 50%.This time position your wire to the bottom left of your frame. Then go to your layers pallet, right click on your Beaded String layer & click Duplicate. Now go to Image and click Mirror. Use your move tool & adjust the position of your duplicated Beaded String element if needed.
Merge your 2 Beaded String layers together.
Sharpen & apply a drop shadow.

Now open your Bow 1 element, copy & paste it as a new layer onto your canvas, then re-size it to 25%. Now use your move tool and position your Bow 1 on your frame to your liking.
Go to your layers pallet and right click on your Bow 1 layer, then click Duplicate. Now use your move tool and position your duplicated Bow 1 element to your liking.
Now sharpen & apply a drop shadow to BOTH of your Bow 1 elements.

Now open your Lips element, copy & paste it as a new layer onto your canvas ,then re-size it to 30%. Use your move tool to position where you would like your Lips to be on your tag. Now go to your layers pallet and duplicate your Lips layer several times, each time placing your duplicated lips element where you would like it.
Once you have all of your Lips elements where you would like them, merge all of your Lips layers together. (Just keep right clicking on each lip layer and click Merge, then Merge Down until they are all one layer.)
Now sharpen & apply a drop shadow.

Open your Shoes element, copy & paste it as a new layer onto your canvas ,then re-size it to 20%. Now position your Shoes element to the bottom of your tag directly in front of your Rose element.
Sharpen & apply a drop shadow.

Now open your Sparkles  element, copy & paste as a new layer onto your canvas , I positioned my Sparkles  element in the middle of my tag, but you can place yours where ever you would like it to be. :-)

Now is the time to add your name.
For name I added I used :
Font : Mrs Von Eckly
Size : 70 Pixels
Color : Black (#000000)

Once you have your name where you want it, go to your layers pallet & right click on your name layer, then click Convert To Raster Layer.
Now go to Effects, click Plugins, then click Eye Candy 4, & from the slide out menu select Gradient Glow. You can use my settings below or your own, makes no difference, its all about personal preference. I'm just showing my settings as a guide. :-)

Click Ok.

Now apply a drop shadow to your name .

Now add your copyright/credit information. (make sure this is ALWAYS visible)

Once you have all of your elements where you would like them, & your name & copyright information added, go to your layers pallet and right click on any layer, then click Merge, then from the slide out menu click Merge Visible.

Now you will want to crop your tag, so activate your crop tool and crop off any access canvas that we did not use. Being careful not to crop to close to your design or text. If you make a mistake just click your undo button until you are back to before you made the mistake.

Now you may or may not want to re-size your tag. If you do, you will go to Image and click Re-size. Change your Pixel Dimension settings to Pixels. Then at the bottom make sure the box "Re-size all layers IS checked".
Click Ok.

Now I like to sharpen my tag one last time, so if you would like to as well, just go to Adjust, click Sharpness then click Sharpen.

Now save your tag as PNG & your done!!

Thank-You for trying my tutorial, as always I would LOVE to see what you have made using this or any of my tutorials ,so please email me & include a copy of what you made.
