Now open Frame 3, copy & paste it as a new layer onto your canvas ,then re-size it to 50%.
Now activate your magic wand by clicking on it, then click the canvas on the INSIDE of your frame.
Now go to Selections, click Modify, then from the slide out menu click Expand, set your number of pixels to 2 and click Ok.
Now go to Layers, and click New Raster Layer.

Now open Paper 5, copy & paste it INTO SELECTION.
In your layers pallet, move your Paper5 layer below your frame layer.
Now go to Selections and click Select None.
Now apply a drop shadow.

Now open your Swing, copy & paste it as a new layer onto your canvas ,then re-size it to 30%, Using your move tool position your Swing in the middle of your frame.
Go to Adjust, click Sharpness then click Sharpen.
Apply a drop shadow.
Now open your Cookie2, copy & paste it as a new layer onto your canvas ,then go to Image and click Mirror. Now re-size it to 45%. Use your move tool and position your Cookie2 to the lower right corner of your frame.
In your layers pallet, right click on your Cookie2 layer, and click Duplicate, then go to Adjust, click Blur, then click Gaussian Blur, set to 3.00 and click Ok.
Now change your blend mode to Overlay.
Now in your layers pallet click on your bottom tube layer (which would be your original tube) and apply a drop shadow to that layer.
Now open your Mushroom House, copy & paste it as a new layer onto your canvas ,then re-size it to 35%, then re-size it again to 80%. Now using your move tool , position your Mushroom House to the lower left corner of your frame.
Adjust, Sharpness then click Sharpen.
Now apply a drop shadow.

Now open your Ivy, copy & paste it as a new layer onto your canvas ,then re-size it to 40%. Use your move tool and position it in front of your frame.

Now in your layers pallet right click on your Flowers2 layer and click Duplicate. Then go to Image and click Mirror. Adjust your duplicated Flowers2 element to the upper right corner if you need to.
Sharpen & apply a drop shadow to BOTH of your Flower2 elements.

Now open your Bug1 element, copy & paste it as a new layer onto your canvas ,then re-size it to 40%. Go to Image and click Free Rotate, set to Right , 30.00 and click Ok. Now position it to where you would like it.

Now open Flowers3, copy & paste it as a new layer onto your canvas ,then re-size it to 50%. Now position your Flowers3 element so that it is behind your Mushrooms on the right side of your tag. In your layers pallet move your Flowers3 layer down so it is just below your right side Mushrooms layer.
Sharpen & apply a drop shadow.

Now it is time to add the name you would like on your tag.
The font I used again is
HomeRun Script
Size : 90 Pixels
Color: #f3869a

Once you have your name the way you like it and placed where you want it, go to your layers pallet, right click on your name layer and click Convert To Raster Layer.
Now go to Effects, click Plugins then chose your Eye Candy 4 - Gradient Glow.
You can either use my settings below or your own.

Now click Ok.
Then apply a drop shadow to your name.
Once you have done that, click your Magic Wand tool.
Now click inside each letter of your name. (You may only have to click the first letter  and it will select all the letters, this depends on the font you used and if the letters are all connected.)
Once all letters are selected go to Effects, click 3D Effects and then click Inner Bevel. Again you can use my settings below, or use your own.
Click Ok.
Then go to Adjust, click Add/Remove Noise, then click Add Noise, set to Uniform, 30 and make sure your Monochrome box IS checked then click Ok.
Now go to Selections and click Select None.

Now add any & all copyright & credit information.

Once you have everything added and positioned the way you want it, go to your layers pallet and right click on any layer and then click Merge, then from the slide out menu click Merge Visible.

Now activate your crop tool and crop off any access canvas that we did not use.

Now you may want to re-size your tag, so go to Image and click Re-size - My settings below are just my personal preference, but it will give you a general idea of what to do.

Now go to Adjust, click Sharpness then click Sharpen.

All thats left is to save your tag as PNG & your DONE!!

Thanks for trying my tutorial, I would love to see what you have made using this or any of my tutorials. Please send me an email with a copy of what you have made, I would love to display it on my blog for others to enjoy.
