Element 30
Element 28
Element 14
Element 88
Element 76
Element 87

***Note, so that I don't have to explain it each time I use the word "re-size" , you can do this one of two ways, You can either go to Image, and click re-size, then set your settings and click ok, or you can use your Shift & S key on your keyboard and that will bring up your Re-size menu and you can set your settings and click ok, Either way works, and they work just the same. I personally think using my shift & s keys is faster for me, but the choice is totally yours :-)***
Also remember if you make a mistake, and need to go back, just hit your undo button:-)

Lets Begin :
Open your template 35. Go to Image, click Canvas Size, and set your Width to 800 & your Height to 650 Pixels. (Not to worry we will crop it later. I just like a large working area in case I want to expand lol)

Ok, now in your layers pallet  delete the copyright layer,

Now open Paper 2.

In your layers pallet click on your Half Circle 1 layer, then go to Selections, click Select All  go to Selections again and click Float, then go to Selections again and click Defloat. Now copy & paste your Paper 2 onto your canvas as a new layer.
Then go to Selections and click Invert, then on your keyboard hit your delete key 1 (ONE) time.
Now go to Selections and click Select None.

In your layers pallet delete your Half Circle 1 ORIGINAL layer.

Continue these steps with each Half Circle layer, there are 7 total. Just remember once you complete a layer, delete the original so that you don't get confused.

I used a different paper from the kit for each "Half Circle" layer. The papers I used are :
Papers 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, & 6. I did use Paper 1 twice, on Half Circle Layer 1 & Half Circle Layer 7.

Once you have all of the Half Circle layers completed, go down threw and give each Half Circle layer a inner bevel using the settings below :

Click Ok.

Now apply a drop shadow to ALL of the 7 Half Circle Layers.
To apply a drop shadow to go Effects, click 3D Effects, then click Drop Shadow. You can either use my settings from the screen shot below or you can use your own, its totally up to you & your preference! (Don't pay any attention to my preview window on my settings as I took the screen shots after I completed the tag.So don't compare the windows to yours as they will not look the same)

Click Ok.

Now in your layers pallet, click on your Clouds layer & apply the exact same Inner Bevel & Drop Shadow settings that we used on the Half Circle layers.

Now in your layers pallet again, click on your Sun layer go to Selections, click on Select All,  then go to Selections again and click Float, then go to Selections one more time and click Defloat.

Open your Paper 4, copy & paste it as a new layer onto your canvas, once you have your paper on your canvas, go to Selections and click Invert, then on your keyboard hit your delete key 1 (ONE) time.
Then go to Selections and click Select None.
Again you will want to apply the exact same Inner Bevel & Drop Shadow settings as we did for the Half Circle & Clouds above.

Once that is done go to your layers pallet and right click on any layer and then click Merge, then on the slide out menu click Merge Visible.

Now lets work on our words layer :

In your layers pallet click on your Words layer, then go to Selections, click Select All, then go to Selections again and click Float, go back to Selections and click Defloat, and now go to Selections one more time and click Modify, then on the slide out menu click Expand. Set your Number Of Pixels to 3 then click Ok.

Make a new raster layer, then activate your Paint Bucket Tool by clicking on it, then click in side the marching ants for each word. Once you have them all white, go to Selections & click Select None.
Now in your layers pallet left click & hold on your white layer (the one we just made) and drag it just below your Words layer. Now apply a drop shadow, using the same settings as before :-)

Now in your layers pallet right click on your Words layer and click Merge, then on the slide out menu click Merge Down. This will make your Words & stroke layers one layer, and you can position your words wherever you want to place them.

Now lets open our tube of choice, Again I am using the artwork of Lix who is now selling at PTE the link is above in my Supplies Needed Section.
So open your tube, copy & paste it as a new layer onto your canvas, (IF you are using the exact same tube, follow my re-size number, but if you are using something completely different re-size it according to how small you want your tube to be) Re-size to 65%. Click Ok.

Now use your move tool and position your tube where you would like it, I put mine in the middle of my rainbow., Now once you have your tube placed, go to your layers pallet, and right click on your Tube layer, then click Duplicate, then go to Adjust, click Blur, then click Gaussian Blur from the slide out menu. Set to 3.00 and click Ok.
Now change your blend mode to Overlay.
Follow the screen shots below for how to change your blend mode :

Select Overlay from the drop down menu :

Now on your original tube layer (the one on the bottom) apply a drop shadow, following the same steps from above :-)

Now open Element 110 , copy & paste it as a new layer onto your canvas, then go to your layers pallet, and right click on your Element 110 layer, click Duplicate, now using your move tool, move your duplicated grass layer over to the right so that it will fill in any blank areas.
Now on your top element 110 layer in your layers pallet, right click then click Merge, then click Merge Down. Now you want to move your merged grass layer below your tube layer, so left click on your merged grass layer and drag it down below your tube layer.

Now open your Element 29 , copy & paste it as a new layer onto your canvas, then re-size it to 15%, using your move tool position your element 29 where you would like it.
Now go to Adjust, click Sharpness, then click Sharpen.
Apply a drop shadow.

Open Element 30, copy & paste as a new layer, then re-size it to 15%, now go to Image, and click Mirror. Using your move tool position your element where you would like it. I moved mine to the right of my tag.
Then go to Adjust, click Sharpness, then click Sharpen.
Apply a drop shadow.

Now open Element 28, copy & paste it as a new layer onto your canvas, then re-size it to 15%, now go to Image then click Mirror. Use your move tool and position your element where you would like it. I moved mine so that it was in the middle of Elements 29&30, as I am making a "bunch" of flowers.

Now in your layers pallet, right click on your Element 28 layer, click Merge, then from the slide out menu click Merge Down. Continue to Merge down each flower layer until the 3 layers become ONE layer.
Then on your Merged flower layer, right click and click Duplicate, then go to Image, and click Mirror. Continue to do this step until you have as many bunches of flowers as you want, I did a total of 4 bunches.

Now lets open Element 14, copy & paste it as a new layer onto your canvas, then re-size it to 20%. Use your move tool and position it to the left of your tag, then in your layers pallet, right click on your Element 14 layer, and click Duplicate. Now go to Image, and click Mirror.
On both Element 14 (bunny) layers, do the following :
Adjust , click Sharpness, then click Sharpen.
Now apply drop shadow.

Open Element 88 , copy & paste it as a new layer , then re-size it to 10%, using your move tool position it to the left side of your rainbow.
In your layers pallet right click on your Element 88 (Butterfly) layer and click Duplicate.
Go to Image, and click Mirror.
Now in your layers pallet click on your element 88 (butterfly) layer that is on the left side, go to Image, click Free Rotate, then set it to Right 20.00 and click Ok. Go to Adjust, click Sharpness, then click Sharpen. Apply a drop shadow.
Do the same steps for the right side butterfly (element 88) except instead of rotating it to the right, you will want to rotate it to the left.

Open Element 76, copy & paste it as a new layer onto your canvas, re-size it to 25%. Now go to Image, click Free Rotate set to Right 90.00 click Ok.
Use your move tool to position it on the right side of your tube.

In your layers pallet, right click on your Element 76 layer, click Duplicate.
Then go to Image, and click Mirror.
Now on both your original & duplicated element 76 layers, go to Adjust, click Sharpness, then click Sharpen.
Also apply a drop shadow to both layers.
Lets open Element 87, copy & paste it as a new layer onto your canvas, then re-size it to 10%, and use your move tool to position it on the inside of your rainbow.
Go to Image, click Free Rotate and set it to Right 30.00 & click Ok.

Go to Adjust, click Sharpness, then click Sharpen.
Apply drop shadow.

In your layers pallet right click on your Element 87 layer, click Duplciate, then go to Image, and click Mirror. Now use your move tool and move your duplicated Element 87 and position it on the cloud that is on the right.

Now it is time to add our name, so activate your text tool, set your font to Helen Script ES, Size set to 70 & Color set to Black.
Type out your name.
Once you have it positioned where you want it, go to your layers pallet and right click on your name layer, then click Convert To Raster Layer.

Then go to Effects, click Plug-ins then find your Eye Candy 5 and click on Gradient Glow. Now you can either use the settings I have below, or you can play with the settings and come up with your own its all up to you.

Click Ok.

Apply a drop shadow to your name.

Now you will need to add your copyright information, along with any credit due information. (I always try to include the name of the person who designed the scrapkit)

Once you have all of that completed, go to your layers pallet, and right click on any layer and click Merge, then from the slide out menu click Merge Visible.

Now get your crop tool and crop off any access canvas that we did not use. Be careful not to crop to close as you do not want to crop off any of your design, text, or copyrights.

Now if you need to , re-size your tag, this setting all depends on where you are going to be using it, so make sure you know the allowed sizes to all of the forums and groups you will be using it on. :-)

After I re-size my completed design I like to sharpen it up a bit, so I go to Adjust, click Sharpness, then click Sharpen.
Now save your tag as a png & you are all done!!

Thank-You for trying my tutorial, I hope it was easy for you to follow.
As always if you try any of my tutorials I would LOVE to see what you have made , so please send me an email with your design included! I will post it here on my blog!
