♥Chirpy PTU♥

Here is what we will be making :

**Please keep in mind that all of my tutorials are made using my own Ditzy noggin, any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental & unintentional!**
 Supplies Needed :

PaintShop Pro X2 (Any version should work)
Scrapkit : Chirp By Heartfelt Perfections @ ButterflyBlush
Tube of choice: I used the amazing work of Myka Jelina (License required to use)
Eye Candy 5 Impact - Gradient Glow
Font Of Choice

Elements Used :
P8
e38
e20
e36
e2
e27
e22
e1
e14

Lets Begin :

Lets start by opening a new 800 X 650 transparent canvas. (Don't worry we will crop it later:-)

Now open your e14, copy & paste it as a new layer onto your canvas ,then re-size it to 65%. (To re-size an element, go to Image, click Re-size, and change to Percent, and set your size.)
Now use your move tool and position your e14 in the middle of your canvas.
Apply a drop shadow.
(To apply a drop shadow go to Effects, click 3D Effects, then click Drop Shadow. )

Now open e1, copy & paste it as a new layer onto your canvas, then re-size it to 50%. Then re-size it again to 80%.
Using your move tool position your e1 towards the right side of your fence.
Now apply a drop shadow.
Go to your layers pallet and right click on your e1 layer, then click Duplicate. Then go to Image and click Mirror. Adjust position using your move tool if you need to.

Now open e36, copy & paste as a new layer, re-size to 15%. Use your move tool and position your butterfly towards the top of your design.
Apply a drop shadow.

Now open e2, copy & paste it as a new layer onto your canvas, then re-size it to 20%. Use your move tool and position your e2 on the left end of your fence.
Apply a drop shadow.

Now open e22, copy & paste as a new layer onto your canvas, then re-size it to 15%. Use your move tool and position on the left side of your fence. Go to your layers pallet and move your e22 layer down so it is the 2nd layer from the bottom.
Now right click on your e22 layer and then click Duplicate, then go to Image, and click Mirror.
Now you will want to sharpen your e22 layers. So go to Adjust, click Sharpness, then click Sharpen from the slide out menu.
Apply a drop shadow on both e22 layers.

Now lets open e27, copy & paste it as a new layer onto your canvas, then re-size it to 15%. Use your move tool and position your e27 to the left end of your fence. Now go to your layers pallet and right click on your e27 layer and click Duplicate. Then using your move tool move your duplicated e27 element to the right end of your fence.
Sharpen & apply a drop shadow.

Now open your e20, copy & paste it as a new layer onto your canvas, then re-size it to 50%.
Using your move tool, position your e20 element at the bottom of your fence.
Apply a light drop shadow.
Then go to your layers pallet and right click on your e20 layer, then go to Image and click Flip.

Now lets open your e38, copy & paste it as a new layer, then re-size it to 50%.
Using your move tool position your e38 in the middle of your canvas.
Now activate your Magic Wand tool, click inside your frame, then go to Selections, and click Modify, then click Expand from the slide out menu, now set your number of pixels to 5. Click Ok.
Now open your P8, copy & paste it as a new layer onto your canvas.
Go to Selections again and click Invert, Then on your keyboard, press your delete key one time.
Now in your layers pallet, move your P8 layer below your e38 layer.
Go to Selections and click Select None.

Now open your tube of choice, copy & paste it as a new layer onto your canvas, then re-size it to 80%. (To re-size your tube will depend on the tube you are using. If you aren't using the same tube you may have to adjust your size accordingly.)
Now using your move tool, place your tube in the center of your frame.
Now in your layers pallet, right click on your tube layer, then click Duplicate.
Go to Adjust, and click Blur, then click Gaussian Blur. Set to 3.00 and click Ok.
Now change your Blend Mode to Overlay.
In your layers pallet, click on your Original tube layer (the bottom one) and apply a drop shadow.

Now you will want to add your name. The font I used is called Artegio Size: 80, Color: Black (#000000)
Once you have your name where you want it, go to your layers pallet and right click on your name layer. Then click Convert To Raster Layer.
Now to to Effects, click Plug-ins, and locate your Eye Candy 5 Impact - Gradient Glow.
Set your settings & color of choice and click Ok.

Now apply a drop shadow to your name.

Now add all of your copyright & credit information.
Once everything is where you want it you will want to crop your tag. So activate your crop tool, and crop off any access canvas that we did not use.
Now go to your layers pallet, right click on any layer and then click Merge, then from the slide out menu click Merge Visible.
Now re-size your tag if you need to.
Save as PNG!

Thanks for trying my tutorial!
As always I would love to see what you make with my tutorials, so please feel free to send me a copy of your design.
